About Us

We are a self-managed community that relies on member involvement to keep our community beautiful, safe, and clean.

 

Timberwood amenities include three lakes, a lodge, beach area, and three earthen dams. The community is heavily wooded with gravel roads that require regular upkeep. You must be a member or accompanied by a member to enjoy amenities such as swimming, boating, fishing, and access to the lodge. Some of our residents live here, some visit every weekend, and some visit occasionally.
